We're coming off another dry weekend, plus no rain today, further adding to drought concerns. Communities all over North Central Florida are feeling the effects including, ironically, High Springs, which is dealing with record low water levels. But one man is fighting to save the city's water supply. A man everyone calls "Naked Ed." GTN's Kimberly Howard shows us how his cause is "taking off."
