
The Southeastern Conference released the 2012 football schedule, for the now 14-team conference. According to a press release from the SEC, the first conference game of the 2012 football season will be held on Thursday, Aug. 30 when South Carolina visits Nashville to take on Vanderbilt. The University of Florida's football schedule is as follows:
Sept. 1 - vs. Bowling Green
Sept. 8 - at Texas A&M
Sept. 15 - at Tennessee
Sept. 22 - vs. Kentucky
Oct. 6 – vs. LSU
Oct. 13 – at Vanderbilt
Oct. 20 – vs. South Carolina
Oct. 27 – vs. Georgia, in Jacksonville
Nov. 3 – vs. Missouri
Nov. 10 – vs. Louisiana-Lafayette
Nov. 17 – vs. Jacksonville State
Nov. 24 – at Florida State
The 2012 SEC Championship Game will be played on Saturday, Dec. 1, at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.
