Gainesville Television Network Contest Rules

1.) No Purchase Necessary.

2.) Winner must be 18 years of age or older.

3.) All Winners must be able to provide proof of identity including first and last name, home address, phone number(s) and birth date.

4.) Employees of WNBW-TV, WMYG-TV, and WGFL-TV, their immediate families, and participating sponsors are not eligible to participate.

5.) Any or all federal, state and/or local taxes are the responsibility of the winner(s).

6.) Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, likeness and/or photograph for promotional purposes of WNBW-TV, WMYG-TV, and WGFL-TV without further compensation.

7.) Entry into a contest releases WNBW-TV, WMYG-TV, and WGFL-TV, participating sponsors, corporate officers, subsidiaries, employees and agencies from any and all liability for injuries or damages that may be sustained in connection with the prize.

8.) WNBW-TV, WMYG-TV, and WGFL-TV retain the right to determine all decisions regarding the contest, and all decisions made by WNBW-TV and WGFL-TV are final.

9.) Contest is void where prohibited by law.

10.) A list of winners will be made available for 30 days after the contest closing date to anyone who supplies a self addressed stamped envelope for the aforementioned list to the studios of WNBW-TV, WMYG-TV, and WGFL-TV.

11.) Contestants and their households may only win once during the contest.

12.) Only one winner per household is allowed every 90 days for a WNBW-TV, WMYG-TV, and WGFL-TV contest.

13.) Winners must present themselves at the WNBW-TV, WMYG-TV, and WGFL-TV studios during regular business hours (8:30am-5:00pm M-F) within 30 days of winning in order to collect their prize.  Prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited.

14.) WNBW-TV NBC9, WMYG-TV MY11, and WGFL-TV CBS4 reserve the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this contest, or any part of this contest should any non-authorized intervention, network failure, malfunction or other cause beyond its control, corrupt or impair the security administration, fairness and/or operation of this contest is determined by WNBW-TV, WMYG-TV,  and WGFL-TV at its sole discretion.  WNBW-TV, WMYG-TV, and WGFL-TV are not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, or any failed computer hardware or software, or any failed delayed, misdirected, corrupted, or garbled transmissions or errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic, or for entries that for any reason are not received by WNBW-TV, WMYG-TV, and WGFL-TV by the deadline stated in the contest.  WNBW-TV, WMYG-TV, and WGFL-TV are also not responsible for any injury or damage to any computer, modem, or other electrical device as a result of participation in this contest or downloading of any software or materials.

15.) Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with this contest, in any way, will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

16.) Overall chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received.
