Full Time Account Executive

GTN (WGFL/WMYG/WNBW/WYME) is looking for a full time account executive.

The primary responsibilities will include new business development and providing marketing solutions to local businesses. A proven track record in new business development is a must. Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills are essential to the position. Knowledge of Nielsen ratings data and MS PowerPoint a plus.

Candidate must possess valid driver's license, safe driving record, and complete pre-employment drug/ background testing.

Producer/Editor

Full Time

Candidates should have experience writing, shooting and editing promos and commercials at a television stations. Will assist News Dept as directed by supervisor.

Skills in Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop are required. Graphics knowledge a plus. Demo reel required.

Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record. Applicant will be asked to submit to pre-employment testing that includes background check and drug test.

0513 Master Control Operator -

PT Gainesville

Gainesville Television Network seeks a part-time Master Control Operator

Responsibilities include:

--Operating computers and editing a detailed playlist that controls what happens on the air

--Operation of a variety of audio and video equipment to maintain on-air quality programming, commercials and local promotion insertions

--Monitoring and switching multiple program streams, and maintaining a written log of times when commercials aired

--We are hiring for the overnight shift (12mid - 8am) and ability to work other shifts as needed is a plus

Qualified applicants will have computer-related work experience and able to demonstrate familiarity with email programs, Office Excel and Office Word programs. Must have the ability to multitask in a noisy, time sensitive environment.

This position provides paid holiday & sick time and ability to participate in the company's 401K plan. Applicants will be asked to submit to pre-employment background check and drug testing
