Sausage Soup
3-5 sausage links
2 32 oz. containers of chicken broth
1 large can diced tomato's
1 1/2 C small shell pasta
3 cups fresh spinach
salt and pepper
-Brown sausage in soup pot. Add broth, tomato's, and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and add pasta. Reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes. Just before serving add in fresh spinach and stir. Enjoy!
