Steak Crostini with Horseradish Sauce
I made this recipe on Valentine's Day for the hubby. It turned out delish and would make a hearty appetizer for party guests.
Horseradish Sauce:
3 TBS horseradish
1/4 C sour cream
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 TBS mayo
1 TBS chopped chives
-Combine all ingredients.
Crostini:
Baguette
Arugula
Crumbled Walnuts
Steak
Salt and Pepper
-Cut bread into 1/2 inch slices. Butter one side and arrange on a cookie sheet butter side up. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Slice arugula into thin strips, and chop up the walnuts. Salt and pepper the steak and cook it on the grill. Spoon walnuts and arugula on top of the crostini. Slice up steak into bite sizes and place on top. Spoon horseradish sauce on top. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 3 minutes to set. Enjoy!
