Easy Calzone
-I made this recipe with croissant roll dough instead of pizza dough thinking it would be even better. It was ok, but I think the pizza dough would be better.
1 can pizza dough
Extra flour or cornmeal for rolling
Olive Oil
1/2 clove of garlic, crushed
1 cup grated mozzarella
Parmesan
Italian Seasoning
Marinara sauce
Sesame Seeds
-Separate pizza dough into 2 equal sized balls. Roll them into a flat circle over cornmeal or flour. On one side spoon on marinara, mozzarella, and pepperoni. Fold other side over and combine edges with a fork. Brush on olive oil, sprinkle garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt, and sesame seed. Put in oven at 450 for 15 minutes. Serve with a side of marinara. Enjoy!
