Artichoke Insalta Caprese:
-New take on an old favorite. Gives the salad some added zing, and an awesome combination of flavors.
1 tomato, diced
10 baby artichokes, sliced
15 black olives, sliced
5 basil leafs, chopped
5 oz. mozzarella, cubed
1/8 c finely diced red tomato
1 tsp EVOO
3 tsp vinegar
dash of red pepper
dash of seasoned salt
-Simply combine ingredients and enjoy!
